Acceptable Use

These rules support safe, respectful use of our music, creative and small-business studios. They apply alongside the signed licence, which takes priority and is the only document granting a right to occupy.

Not permitted

• No illegal activity of any kind.
• No smoking indoors anywhere in the building.
• No illegal drugs or substances on the premises.
• No nuisance, disturbance or antisocial behaviour.
• No obstruction of corridors, fire exits or common parts.
• No unauthorised alterations to the unit, building or services.
• No hazardous materials or activities without prior written approval.
• No excessive noise, vibration or disturbance beyond the unit’s approved use, acoustic suitability and agreed hours.
• No misuse of the internet, Wi-Fi or shared IT.
• No damage to property, fixtures or fittings.

Responsibility

• Licensees are responsible for the conduct and safety of their staff, clients, contractors, guests and visitors.
• Only approved activities may take place. A change of use requires prior written approval.
• Licensees must obtain and maintain the insurance, permissions, licences, certifications and safeguarding or DBS arrangements required for their activities.

Access may be restricted and serious or repeated breaches may lead to action under the signed licence, including termination where the licence permits it.
