The behaviour and activities we expect from all licensees and their guests.
To keep the building safe, respectful and well-run, all licensees and their guests must follow these rules.
Not permitted
- No illegal activity of any kind.
- No smoking indoors anywhere in the building.
- No illegal drugs or substances on the premises.
- No nuisance, disturbance or antisocial behaviour.
- No obstruction of corridors, fire exits or common parts.
- No unauthorised alterations to the unit, building or services.
- No hazardous materials or activities without prior written approval.
- No excessive noise beyond your unit's agreed use and suitability.
- No misuse of the internet, Wi-Fi or shared IT.
- No damage to property, fixtures or fittings.
Responsibility
- Licensees are responsible for their guests, clients and visitors.
- Use is subject to approval and the building rules.
- Insurance, licences or certifications may be required depending on your activity.
Breach of acceptable use may result in suspension of access or termination of the licence agreement.
