Acceptable Use

The behaviour and activities we expect from all licensees and their guests.

To keep the building safe, respectful and well-run, all licensees and their guests must follow these rules.

Not permitted

  • No illegal activity of any kind.
  • No smoking indoors anywhere in the building.
  • No illegal drugs or substances on the premises.
  • No nuisance, disturbance or antisocial behaviour.
  • No obstruction of corridors, fire exits or common parts.
  • No unauthorised alterations to the unit, building or services.
  • No hazardous materials or activities without prior written approval.
  • No excessive noise beyond your unit's agreed use and suitability.
  • No misuse of the internet, Wi-Fi or shared IT.
  • No damage to property, fixtures or fittings.

Responsibility

  • Licensees are responsible for their guests, clients and visitors.
  • Use is subject to approval and the building rules.
  • Insurance, licences or certifications may be required depending on your activity.

Breach of acceptable use may result in suspension of access or termination of the licence agreement.
