Access & Building Rules
Practical rules to keep the building safe, accessible and respectful for everyone.
Access
- 24-hour access may be available subject to agreement and the building rules.
- Secure access codes, fobs or keys must not be shared. Lost items must be reported immediately.
- Reception and common areas are for shared use — please keep them clear and tidy.
Facilities
- Shared kitchen and communal facilities should be left clean after use.
- Sinks are communal only, unless a specific unit description states otherwise.
- Internet and Wi-Fi are provided for legitimate use only.
Parking
- On-site and on-street parking may be available subject to local restrictions.
- Free on-street parking is generally available 5:30pm–9:00am Mon–Fri and all weekend, subject to change.
- WE-LINK STUDIOS is not responsible for any Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs).
Visitors
- Licensees are responsible for their guests, clients and contractors while on the premises.
- Guests should not be left unattended in common areas.
Noise and use
- Respect noise limits and the agreed suitability of your unit.
- Be considerate of neighbouring units, especially early morning and late evening.
Security and CCTV
- CCTV may be in operation in common areas for safety and security.
- Do not prop open external doors or disable security devices.
Reporting issues
Existing licensees should raise maintenance or safety issues via the tenant portal support form. For emergencies affecting safety, contact emergency services first, then notify the building team.
