Licence rules, in plain English
A clear summary of the rules that apply to all licensees. Your licence agreement is the full and binding document.
Occupation & licence
- Occupation is by licence, not tenancy.
- Use is subject to approval and a written licence agreement.
- One month deposit is required.
- 50% deposit discount available when you take a unit on the same day as your viewing.
Building rules
- No smoking indoors anywhere in the building.
- No illegal drugs or substances on the premises.
- No nuisance, disturbance or illegal activity.
- No alterations to the unit without written consent.
- Do not block corridors, fire exits or common parts.
- Keep your space and shared areas clean and tidy.
Guests & responsibility
- Licensees are responsible for their own guests and visitors.
- Insurance, licences or certifications may be required depending on use.
- Business rates may be the responsibility of the occupier where applicable.
Parking
- On-site and on-street parking is available.
- Free parking 5:30pm–9:00am Monday to Friday and all weekend.
- Parking is subject to local restrictions. WE-LINK Studios is not responsible for PCNs.
