Occupation & licence

  • Occupation is by licence, not tenancy.
  • Only a signed written licence grants a right to occupy and sets fees, deposits, access and termination terms.
  • Website enquiries, viewings, applications and waitlists are non-binding.
  • Use and any change of use require approval.

Building rules

  • No smoking indoors anywhere in the building.
  • No illegal drugs or substances on the premises.
  • No nuisance, disturbance or illegal activity.
  • No alterations to the unit without written consent.
  • Do not block corridors, fire exits or common parts.
  • Keep your space and shared kitchen, corridors and communal areas clean and clear.

Guests & responsibility

  • Licensees are responsible for staff, clients, contractors, guests and visitors.
  • Licensees must hold any insurance, permissions, licences, certifications and safeguarding checks their activities require.
  • Business rates may be the responsibility of the occupier where applicable.

Parking

  • Parking may be available but is never guaranteed.
  • Drivers must check current signs, permits and local restrictions.
  • We-Link Studios is not responsible for parking charges or PCNs.
