Booking and viewing enquiries: unit of interest, intended use, move-in timeline, messages.
Applications: business name, type of use, working hours, client visits, noise considerations, ID and proof of address where uploaded.
Waitlist leads: budget, space type, minimum size, preferred move-in date.
Tenant portal accounts: profile data, assigned unit, licence dates, monthly fee, deposit, emergency contact.
Documents uploaded by us or by you (e.g. licence agreements, ID).
Invoices, receipts and rent history records.
Support requests submitted via the tenant portal.
