Waitlist signup does not guarantee an offer of any unit.

Licence agreement

Occupation of a unit is by licence, not tenancy, and is subject to a written licence agreement and the building rules. Use of the unit is subject to approval.

Payments and deposits

Deposit requests are subject to approval and confirmation.
Same-day viewing deposit discounts are subject to approval and availability.
Payment records in the tenant portal are for account reference and may be updated if corrections are needed.
