How to raise a complaint
Please use our Contact form and choose “General enquiry”, or email complaints@we-linkstudios.co.uk (placeholder).
What to include
- Your name and the best way to reach you.
- The unit, date and any reference numbers involved.
- A clear summary of what happened and the outcome you'd like.
- Any supporting information (e.g. photos, screenshots).
What to expect
We aim to acknowledge complaints within a reasonable timeframe and to review them fairly. We will keep you informed while we look into the matter.
Existing licensees
If you are an existing licensee, please also raise the issue through the tenant portal support form so it is tracked against your account.
